We review the design basis and load assumptions, re-run critical members independently, interrogate the analysis model, and check detailing against code. You get a review report listing observations by severity, with clear recommendations for each.

Design is only half the job. We produce the good-for-construction drawing sets the site actually builds from — reinforcement layouts, section details, connection details and complete bar bending schedules.
Where projects are running in BIM, we deliver coordinated structural models clash-checked against architectural and services, so conflicts are resolved on screen rather than on site.

We stay involved after issue. Periodic site visits at key structural stages — excavation, reinforcement before pour, and frame completion — confirm that what is being built matches what was designed.
