Most design work is quoted per square foot of built-up area or as a lump sum against a defined deliverable list. Audits and reviews are usually a fixed fee based on building size and the level of testing required. Either way, you get the number in writing before work starts.
A typical individual residence takes one to two weeks from receipt of frozen architectural drawings and soil data. Larger masjid and commercial projects run three to six weeks depending on complexity. Audits and reports are usually faster.
Yes. Design and review work is handled remotely for clients anywhere. For projects needing site inspection or physical testing we arrange visits — travel is quoted separately and agreed upfront.
Yes — independent peer review and proof checking is a standard service. We review the design basis, re-run critical members, and issue a report listing observations by severity with recommendations for each.
