Design work is quoted per square foot or as a lump sum against a defined deliverable list. Audits and reviews are a fixed fee. Either way you get the number in writing before work starts.
A typical residence takes one to two weeks from frozen drawings and soil data. Larger assembly, commercial and institutional projects run three to six weeks. Audits are usually faster.
Yes. We regularly work with clients across Malabar and North Kerala — Wayanad, Kannur, Palakkad and Kasaragod included. Design, analysis, drawings and peer review are handled remotely from anywhere; where a site visit is needed, travel is quoted separately and agreed upfront.
Yes — peer review and proof checking is a standard service. We review the design basis, re-run critical members and issue a report listing observations by severity.
